Our team has co-authored three cookery books for food clients.
A book on rice cooking for Bajaj Electricals, a book on Micro-wave cooking for Daewoo electronics, and a book on baking for
Bajaj Electricals.
We have done several recipe development, recipe editing
projects for our esteemed clientelle.
As a food writer I have critiqued several establishments and my work
has been printed in several newspapers, magazine and periodicals. Jetwings, The Times of India, The Gourmet Food & Wine,
Discovery India, to name a few.
