Pradeep Tejwani, a Graduate of Hotel Management from the Dadar Catering College, Mumbai. Having worked with the Taj Group of Hotels he then moved to Kuwait as Menu Planning Officer for Kuwait Airways. Then a stint as consultant for Radhakrishna Offshore Catering company before venturing to start his own company called ‘Young Turks’.

Under the banner of  Young Turks he handles the consulting and training for a variety of companies across India. Namely Bharat Petroleum, Food Arena Pune, Golden Charriot Mumbai to name a few.
